Choose the design and the option on the tote’s page. At checkout, type your initials or name exactly as you want them stitched, capitals and all. What you type is what I stitch.

Yes. Every tote page has a small embroidery hoop where you can type a name and see it in thread. It’s a quick digital preview, not a proof, and each piece is made one at a time, so placement varies a little.

Totes without a name, like the BRIDE tote or a hydrangea or whale with no name, can be ordered in any quantity at checkout. Personalized totes are one per checkout so each gets its own spelling. For several names at once, send me a custom order letter.

Beige is all natural canvas. Blue is the same natural canvas with a navy blue stripe. Pick your color on the tote’s page and confirm it at checkout.

18.5 × 12 × 5.5 in, handles 26 in long. Roomy enough for a laptop, a towel or a weekend’s worth of odds and ends.

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch this site.

A flat $6.20 anywhere in the United States. I don’t ship outside the US right now.

Every tote is embroidered to order, so it takes a little time before it ships. If you need it by a certain date, tell me in a custom order letter before you buy and I’ll let you know if I can make it.

Because every piece is personalized and made to order, I can’t accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

Yes. For a bridal party, use the bridal party planner. For any other group, send me the names, quantity and date in a custom order letter. I’ll put together one quote for the whole set.

Custom requests for other pieces, like sweatshirts, are welcome. Write to me with your idea.

Spot clean or gently hand wash as needed, then air dry. Please don’t iron directly over the embroidery.

When you write to me, your name, email and message come to my inbox so I can reply. When you buy, Stripe handles the payment and shares your order, name and shipping address with me so I can make and ship your tote. I don’t sell your information.
